For the past 12 years Tony been a successful professional photographer specialising in sports and travel. He has photographed major mass participation sporting events in the US, Europe and Far East, as well as indulging his passion for travel. Tony’s travel images have been published and sold around the World in books, calendars, magazines and as high specification wall art.
Tony is relaxed, friendly and adventurous. He loves to explore new places and cultures. He has travelled extensively across Europe, USA, Cambodia and Thailand and is equally at home in the city, mountains, or wilderness.
Based in Manchester, Dan Vernon has been a professional photographer for 9 years. Originally trained as a studio photographer he went freelance 7 years ago and has never looked back. He specialises in documentary, travel and sport photography and spends a lot of his spare time documenting the work of humanitarian organisations.
He has travelled extensively for a large part of his life, visiting over 60 countries on 6 continents. Some of his favourite places to photograph have been Cambodia, Sri Lanka, the Himalayas, Bangladesh and Sierra Leone. At his happiest when photographing everyday human life and landscape somewhere warm!
John Eccles is a professional photographer who has loved his work since he was taught film photography and processing whilst still at school. His career has enabled him to travel to numerous countries with his camera during which time he converted to the use of digital equipment.
When not travelling, John has numerous commissions both private and commercial as well as undertaking sporting and rural event photography, which provides the opportunity to capture the beauty of the surrounding landscape. He is qualified as an Associate of The Royal Photographic Society and is currently working towards his Fellowship.
David has over 15 years of professional photography experience. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Editorial Photography from Cumbria Institute of the Arts, he gained experience as a professional photographer with a particular passion for technical aspects of photography. He has images appearing in books as well as national and international press.
He has experience of using the most basic manual film SLR’s through to the latest high end digital equipment. His career began as a photographer at the local newspaper back in his home city of York and now his main focus is travelling the world photographing major sporting events
Timothy Fare-Matthews, is a professional photographer and videographer who moved from the UK to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Before the move to the UAE Timothy picked up a camera professionally for the first time at 19 and focused mainly on motor-sport for 4 years across Europe.
This diverse experience has enabled him to quickly react to most real life shooting scenarios. From time to time Timothy also teaches film making to younger school students and is very passionate about helping those understand what it takes to make a good video great. Apart from being a petrol head, he is an experienced traveller and is always looking for the next adventure through his photography work.
Mike has worked in advertising for forty years and been a photographer for almost as long; selling shots to advertising agencies, book publishers, tourist boards, web sites and record companies. He specialises in landscape and wildlife photography.
One of his most recent commissions, photographing the Wild Atlantic Way for Tourism Ireland, involved both disciplines, plus street and portrait work. Mike lives in Norfolk and spends much of his time working both in Cumbria and the Scottish Highlands, where he has recently undertaken photo assignments on behalf of the Scotch whisky industry.
Navin is a freelance professional photographer and photographic instructor. He has worked as a photography instructor at “Raghu Rai Center for Photography” and is currently focusing on travel photography as a specialism, as well as working on landscape, humanitarian and wedding photography along with photojournalism.
Navin is also currently working on long-term projects, “On Earth” and “The Sacred Planet” in Southern Asia. He has been capturing the beauty of this area to create awareness of the changes the region has undergone due to ever evolving climatic conditions. For Navin, photography is about engagement with the world, people and places. Based out of New Delhi he considers the world his studio, where he loves to capture emotion within his imagery. At the age of 19, Navin held his first exhibition with professional Russian photographers at the “Russian Center of Science & Culture”, and was recognised as the youngest photographer at the event. Since then he has displayed his work at four further photo Exhibitions.
Greg has over 25 years experience as a professional photographer. After graduating in photography from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, he started his career as a photo-journalist covering the ever changing landscape of South Africa.
His ambition led him to the UK where he honed his commercial skills in studios and on location photographing a diverse range of subjects including architecture, cars, wildlife, celebrities and more recently, UK sporting heroes. Additionally, he has been a stills photographer on several international films and commercials. Greg is laid back but passionate about photography and likes nothing more than solving technical photographic challenges.
